Product Use
The statements made by NAKED BEANS™ ORGANICS coffee skincare have not been evaluated by the FDA. It is not our intention to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease nor do we imply any diagnosis, treatment, cure or prevention.
Although we have tested all of our products extensively, particularly on people with sensitive skin, we cannot guarantee that they will work with each individual skin type. We recommend that you test each product on a small patch of skin on your forearm before using it; do not use the product if a rash appears.
Read the ingredients list carefully for each product; do not purchase the product if you have a known allergy or sensitivity to any ingredient. Discontinue use if you develop a rash.
Our NAKED BEANS™ ORGANICS coffee skincare artisans handcraft each product in small quantities, so some slight variation of color or consistency may occur.
Keep all containers tightly closed when not in use and out of direct sunlight.
Order Processing
We at NAKED BEANS™ ORGANICS coffee skincare work very hard to send your order out as quickly as possible. However, because we handcraft each and every product in small quantities to insure the freshest, highest quality, we may need a day or two to create your particular order. Please allow 2-4 business days for us to process then ship your product(s).
Orders received on Saturdays or Sundays will be considered as Monday orders.
Sales Tax
The State of Arizona has a sales tax. Therefore, all orders originating from and/or charged to an Arizona address will be charged a 9.5% sales tax.
Shipping
NAKED BEANS™ ORGANICS coffee skincare offers a variety of shipping options. Simply choose the shipping method that best suits your needs when you have completed your order. *Delivery option is for Surprise, AZ Residents ONLY.
Returns
We strive to provide you with the highest quality products and the absolute best customer service. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with our product(s), you may return the unused portion of the product(s) within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund less shipping.
Please return the product in its original packaging with a copy of your original invoice indicating the product(s) being returned; this will insure we appropriately refund the amount to your credit/debit card. Also, please include a statement of why you are returning the product(s); we continually work to improve our products and our service.
We cannot be responsible for a lost return shipment, so we recommend that you either insure your return or use a shipping method with tracking.
We will process your return request within 5 business days of receiving the unused product(s) and will refund the purchase price to your credit/debit account; shipping charges are non-refundable.
